What it is
An assistant that has read your business: every bill, every stock entry, every order that came in on WhatsApp, every branch report. You ask in your own words, on your phone, and it answers from your own records.

It also writes the reports you keep asking your staff for: today's sales by branch, slow stock, pending orders, customers who have not come back. With the Vision add-on, the same computer reads your shop cameras for footfall, the counter, stock counts or quality checks.

The computer
Your own PC or Mac, or a computer we specify that you buy in your name. It stays in your office.

We import your sales, stock, invoices, catalogue and WhatsApp orders.

We set up the AI, the chat on your phone and laptop, and WhatsApp on your own number.
Your team
We train your team and stay on care: updates, new data and retraining.
The computer
AI Desk runs on the PC or Mac you already have, with 16 GB of memory. For the other packages you buy a computer in your name, from any shop you like. We tell you exactly which one, and set it up on site or remotely.
Single store

Multi-branch + Vision

Is it ChatGPT?
No. It is an AI model that runs offline on your own computer. Your questions and your data are not sent to ChatGPT or to any other outside company.
Does it need the internet?
No. It runs on the computer in your office. The internet is only needed if you want to reach it from your phone outside the building, or for WhatsApp.
Who owns it?
You do. The computer is bought in your name, and the data, the setup and the AI on it are yours.
Can my staff see everything?
No. Access is role-based: you decide who sees sales, margins, customers or only their own branch.
Do you work with restaurants?
Restaurants and food businesses are referred to our partner CODOrbis, which builds systems made for kitchens.
